Granted, those disgustingly beautiful models can get away with anything. You could paint war paint stripes on their faces and make then strut out there wearing gunny sacks and they would still look gorgeous.

If you can wear shimmer, start off with a matt foundation. The base has to be perfect so moisturize your face well and let the moisturizer soak in thoroughly. Tissue off the excess. Then apply concealer over your blemishes. Finish off with a Matt foundation with a makeup sponge for a perfect finish.
Once the base is right, the apply the shimmer powder. Dust shimmer lightly over forehead,tip of nose, chin and cheeks for that all over glow
