origins modern friction
I used to go to the doctor's office for regular micro-dermabrasion. A relatively modern treatment, it blasts tiny particles at your skin, the friction from these particles smoothen your skin and removes dead skin cells. The procedure was ok, but really expensive. It did help my skin quite a bit. I had a problem with acne and my doctor was famed for her acne treatments. Practically everyone who came to her for her skin treatments, facials actually, knew about her through word of mouth.
Micro-dermabrasion works. But I stopped long ago as apparently, my then fiance got nightmares when he saw me right after each treatment. He doesn't like me to go for any facial. I stopped. But would like to find a way to do micro-dermabrasion at home.
