I bought a lancome travel set for a vacation before. Unfortunately, it was meant for drier skin and my skin is very oily and acne prone, some during the trip, I had to hunt for my usual cleanser instead.
If you buy a gift set for yourself, especially a skin care set, make sure it is suitable for your skin type, or at least for all skin types. Better yet, for sensitive skin.
