To use Jolen hair bleach, mix the cream with the powder according to the instructions and use immediately on the offending hair. Follow the instructions strictly, rinse off and the hair would be lightened. I like the way it makes hair so light, the moustache virtually vanishes.
Even then, the hairs are still there and if that bothers you, don't shave. Don't use depilary creams either or you'd end up with that tell tale stubble with the hair regrowth.
Use facial wax strips instead. These remove the hair at its roots. That'll keep you moustache free longer. Use a tweezer to remove the stubborn hairs and you're done.

With modern day science, even that is possible. After removing your hair, spray on ultra hair away twice daily until the hair regrowth is as fine as you'd like or stops completely. I tried it. Though it takes weeks to work, the results are worth it.
