Clarins Purifying Toning Lotion
This toner for oily skin is really alcohol-free.
While most toners for oily skin contain alcohol to control the oil, this toner uses plant extracts. That is a good sign as alcohol is harsh. It can be too drying and cause fine lines on skin before its time.
To use this toner, shake the bottle well to mix the white stuff with the green liquid.
The fragrance is fresh and citrusy. It feels slightly sticky after use but dries off comfortably. It does keep the oil at bay.
